Must have been good golf as if seems to have kept the fox hanging around for some time I don't imagine their concentration levels are very high especially if the play is of a low standard

A friend of mine runs a website called Midlands Golf Tours (http://www.midlandsgolftours.co.uk). I know that they have recently started organising trips to Spain as well as the UK not sure if they cover the Barcelona area though but you could give them a try. Ask for Geoff or Terry (not me!)

I try to run! I've been going once a week (about 3 or 4 miles) for the past couple of months but I just find it hard to step it up and get out more often. I know that once a week is not helping me improve, I need to get out 3 times a week - just can't find the time or the energy.
