Played both courses two years running a few years ago. Faldo more difficult with significant climbs on the back nine. Recommend a buggy. As others have stated you have to plot your way around the course. A tough challenge.
The O'Connor easier and flatter.
Our group enjoyed both courses
Love my 5 wood its been in the bag for 6-7 years. Great off the deck, more accurate than the 3 wood and great off the tee on long par 3's.
Probably my favourite club in the bag.
Most exciting sport i ever played is hurling. No sport i played was boring to me, i would not play if i believed it was boring.
best spectator sport again IMO hurling--skill speed and physical intensity.
will watch most sports but i find baseball the most boring.
i play right handed and putt left handed. Its a legacy from my years playing hurling which requires you to be able to strike the ball off either side. i kicked football with the right leg, write with my right hand and generally do most things right handed.
a friend of mine plays left handed but...
Has to be Darren Clarke at the K Club. The reception he got on the first tee, the subsequent drive and finally the tears on the 16th green when he won his singles. The only thing missing was DC sinking the winning putt, Stenson got there by about 60 secs or so.
It is a bit of a farce in that McIlroy wins two of the four events whereas Snedeker wins one yet Snedeker is declared the winner. It needs to be adjusted. Maybe the points should be adjusted at the start of the fedex cup and not before the last event.
