When aiming pick something about a foot in front if ball in line with where you want to go and align with that. This goes for any stroke, where practical.

Well 3 David Leadbetter DVD's for £8 can only help your game, not saying they are a replacement for the pro, but another tool in the learning process. Well thats my opinion any way.

I like DLs early vid's. "The Swing" has some good reminders for how to pivot and check things are in decent shape.
I watch it now and again......I've lost my "The short game" vid just now.....probably the better one for learning without pro help.

Don't watch them. Can't relate what I'm seeing on the screen into anything meaningful when I get out to swing. Would rather have a pro standing there giving me instance feedback
