YOU GUYS HAVE RULES ???

I can't speak for the R&A, of course, but the majority of the USGA staff is in assisted living.
Some of them have occasional lucid moments, however. Allegedly.
Nobody at the clubs knows if we have rules or not.
We just figure things out on the first tee as best we can.
So far, so good.

Cancelled game today.
One of the geezers has a last minute pickup to make at the airport.
Another is having a bad back day.
I can relate to both of those,
but I think that I'll drop by the club for lunch
and maybe find someone for a walk-on nine, anyway.

We should have a rule for that.

Every member should be assigned clubhouse duty one weekday each month to be available for a last minute walk-on nine.
