I didn't actually confront him during the round. I did stop at the top of my swing at one point and stared him down. I really really wished I'd walked in after eight holes - the message would have gotten round better than anything I do now.

I thought you had as your first post said

I called him up on it three separate times but it still carried on so it was definitely not accidental or inadvertent.

In terms of really getting in his face I didn't. I just asked him to move from where he was standing.
