Hi All
Sorry if this has been asked and answered many times before.
At my club there are a few prepared concrete stands that have winter mats placed on them. The mats are quite small so can only accommodate a set up that is aligned with the direction that the mat is pointing. This limits where you can aim and sometimes that mats point towards the rough. So the question. Are you allowed to move the mats on the concrete plinth as long as the mat remains behind the tee markers. I am only considering rotating them, not moving them off the concrete.
thanks
