Microsoft synctoys 2 here, it works a treat and is probably about as fast an app as ive seen. In my job I get to test new technologies that may be of benefit to our business and amongst all our usual backup solutions I tried it out for my notebook (64bit vista ultimate) and its 100% compatible and backs everything up to my 300gb external drive. Touch wood its been grand so far.
