Who got to play today?

Here in mid Kent we had no snow and our course had a couple of days to dry out. Our course was verti drained during the week and left the usual sandy greens. As per usual, following verti draining,we had a shot gun start team competition. The stiff breeze and low temperature made it bitterly cold but at least we got a full round in.

Did no one else get out today?

Went to the range with scout in new Malden, walked onto the range, got a bay then went straight to Costa coffee, bloody heck it was cold.

Cold & windy in our place , course in great nick , stroke play off the medal tees , bad start of double ,double, bogey left me 5 over through 3 , 6 pars settled the rott a bit , everything just slowed up after the 8th .. 8 fives in a row (6 par 4's & 2 par 3's) rounded off with a birdie 4 on the last for a total of 86 nett 79 & first .1 of the season ..

Played ok i guess had 3 or 4 lipouts , speed caused them as agreens were slick ... Dissapointed & alot of work to be done if im going to get lower this year

Fair bit of snow here so another trip to the range. Wish the blasted icy wind would change direction as it's straight into the bays. Nicely deserted though so just me chatting to myself and playing some fine shots if I do so say myself!

Yep, play was had in sunny sneckie. Not as cold as Friday and Sat. Played with a mate at Castle Stuart , knackered after 3 rounds in 3 days.

Swings really coming on. If only our greens were as nice this time of year!

Played today but really it was to windy. Still managed to squeeze out 36 points and taking three blobs first round of the spring league on Wednesday now

Yes, played today in sunny (not) Newcastle
Was 1 degrees outside, but with the wind chill factor, felt about MINUS 5..........!!!
A 2 or 3 club wind it was too
But beats sitting at home doing nowt
Season starts soon, but seems light years away at moment.......................longest winter EVER

Nipped over to AG @ Clydebank to take my leaking XPS back and the range was stowed. Limiting folk to 50 balls each.

Went to the range at Lavender Park in Ascot. Swung it reasonably well despite the freezing temperatures. Plenty to build on.

Yeap two rounds this weekend-Sat & Sunday morning - scored only 34points today(two NR
Mainly due to the Minus windchill -could not feel the hands at the end - but its still a couple of rounds in the bag
