Whitby or Area- August (last week of) 2016

Just booking my annual Whitby trip for August.

Really this thread is just to pencil in to the diary a game with anyone in or willing to travel to the Whitby (or Scarborough) area for a game of golf with me?

My visit is from the 28th of August to the 3rd of September, I would prefer to play from Tueday the 30th of August to Friday the 2nd of September.

I will pop up another thread or reboot this closer to the date if there are no takers.

Very tempting! Not too far away but as its not "just down the road" I might need to think about it. If we can raise a 4ball for it then it would be hard to resist.

I would of course prefer Whitby or Scarborough as they are close to our holiday home and wont be an all day trip.

Ganton's only 28 miles from Whitby and about 10 from Scarborough. If we got a nice and early tee time you'd be back just after lunch. Let's talk nearer the time .

if you don't get ganton sorted have a look at the finch tour comps tues 20th sept ganton for £60 in a comp. Well worth it!

That's a great price , the midweek green fee is £85 iirc. I'm going to sign up for this i think. Thanks for bringing it to my attention.
