Firstly, my apologies for yet another American Golf related thread.

I'm lining up to use my accumulated vouchers for some new clubs, probably 3 & 5 woods. But I want to use an AG shop that has good fitting facilities, ideally with a range. My local store (Cheltenham) is rather small with a netted fitting area. I asked a chap that finished a session there for feedback, which wasn't overly positive.

Can anyone recommend an AG store for a good fitting service that is within relatively easy reach of Gloucester?

Please don't feel the need to reply with any of the anti AG comments that regularly follow.

bristol isnt much better. pretty rubbish service and just a net to hit into. Exeter is a decent shop, however, no range, large fitting room with a big screen to hit into with computers for all the stats. i had great service there.

Bristol has just a net and a lap top so isn't great. Exeter has a net also but a much better computer set up. Has 3 big screens that everyone in the shop can watch and was told it was the latest computer gear but can't remember the make. Mayb a bit far for you but right next to m way junction on m5

Cheltenham is better than briz, but that's not saying much. Might be best to make a day of it and head over to one f the flagship stores in the east.

If you're coming this way, MK has an indoor simulator thingy and Watford is attached to the TopGolf centre - not sure but I think the balls they use are the crap side of rubbish.....

If your going to travel a couple of hours theres a good store attached to the playgolf range at the trafford centre will be a day out but some brownie points if you take HID with you? :-)
