in golf?

It can be anything from a coin you use for marking your ball, or a medal or anything that you really treasure and would hate to lose.

Mine is a pitch fork that an old guy gave me about 25 years ago and I still have it to this very day. I use it everytime I play inter club matches

Pitch mark repair also, got two shiney ones with one blue marker and one red. They are bloody sharp and make repairs easy. They have also torn several holes in an old pair of trousers too!

The wife!!!!

She lets me go golfing whenever I have the spare time. I love her to bits!

Alternatively my hole in one ball. Not been used since and never will. Everytime I see it a smile and fond memories come flooding back!

my confidence.

Even though i don't have the ability (through lack of practice) i will always try the shot.

as far as i am concerned when the score means something play the percentage shot, but when you're out for fun play the shot that if it comes of makes you feel a million bucks and when it doesnt come off realise you are not a pro, shrug you're shoulders and have the feel good factor that you have the gonads to try the shot when others play safe.

Happy Birthday Geronimo,
Mies is my winning ball from the 1999 Strathclyde Park Open (Titleist Professional 90) and a keyring with Olivias name on it. She got two for her 4th birthday and said she wanted me to have one ... am filling up .

In golf, probably my driver, a Mizuno ladies' that, much to my bessie mate's annoyance no longer seems to be available. Have never found one that feels as good (which isn't to say I always hit it well, but more often than not).

Apart from my wifes undying patience as I trudge off after another bad round and then head for the range a few days later looking for the fix it would have to be my club golf diary signed by Faldo and Lyle just before they flew out to the Masters and Lyle won.

They were playing a round at Royal Wimbledon and there were only a couple of people watching so I walked around just chatting to them, asking questions and watching in awe

My son Matthew, but in golf would have to be the Mickey Mouse ball marker he bought for me on our last visit, I never play without it now.

the only thing that has lasted the course since starting playing is my callaway pitch repairer with ball marker, every time i think i have lost it i get a bit obsessive till i find it so i suppose it comes under the treasured bracket

I've got two marvellous golf possessions. One is a towel I bought on the course at Augusta in 1975 during the practise rounds. I wouldn't dream of cleaning my balls with it. I've also got a hat signed by Sir Nick Faldo.
