Our 14th is a long par 4 with a huge oak tree in the middle about 150 yds from the tee. Playing with a couple of new members one said he never knew the best way to play the hole. So I piped up that the best shot was a good driver aimed right of the tree with a touch of draw as the fairway runs right to left you will also get a good run out. My honour and boom off she goes. Just like that. Never have hit it so sweet on that hole again!
