Driver: TaylorMade R11-S - £55 second hand from AG - been in the bag over a year I think.
5 wood: Adams Speedline Fast 12 - £50 second hand eBay - recently took it out of the bag as it rarely gets used. Was in there nearly a year.
3 hybrid: Adams XTD ti - £50 second hand eBay - only got this a couple of weeks ago.
3 iron: Callaway Big Bertha (90s edition I think) - got this from a kind forumer in exchange for a charitable donation. Added to bag a couple of months ago for the dry summer fairways.
Irons: Callaway Steelhead XR - £350 second hand from AG - got them at new year so been in the bag 7 months now. Had a 100 voucher towards them.
50° wedge: Cleveland RTX-3 - £50 second from AG - had this since late last year.
56° wedge: Cleveland RTX 2.0 - £55 new but old stock clearance - got this in Jan as well as new iron set didn't have a SW.
60° wedge: Dunlop DDH - mates found it lying around and gave it to me earlier this year. Handy for bunkers.
Putter: Odyssey 1W Versa Tank - £140 new after a putter fitting (wife paid most as xmas present) - got that for Christmas 2016 so it's been in the bag over 18 months now.
Bag: Wilson one - £60 new, stock clearance from some eBay seller - Christmas last year so had it 7 months or so.
Trolley: some 3 wheel push trolley, £55 second hand. Had since February.
Given that I've only been playing seriously for 2 or 3 years, I don't think I replace my gear all that much. I tried a fair few drivers before landing on the right one, and I've tried a few different hybrids now, this is the third one. But once I land on something I like I stick with it (e.g. the putter).

These irons are like brand new from a local PGA Pro who had them as a replacement set and got no more than 5 rounds out of them and minimal practice before being furnished with the 718's. He held on to the 716's just incase and just decided to part with them. They look brand new minus very minor club clutter which they'd have after a month of use with me anyway. Very happy with them for the money and they are the same custom fit spec as i require. Fitted with great shafts and some lovely MCC Golf Pride Midsize grips with 2 layers of tape.
