Ascot on 9th
4BBB on 12th
Medal on 15th
Medal on 19th
Trilby practice round at Bearwood Lakes on 21st
4BBB on 26th

Also got to fit the next round of the singles matchplay in there somewhere.
2 Sundays also taken up with pool matches.

I was thinking I'm not playing much in the near future until I wrote it all down

It comes to this point in the year where entering all the knockouts no longer seems like a great idea.

4ball KO on Fri
36 Club Champs Sun
Scratch team Sat
Medal Sun
Singles KO to fit in
Another scratch team match
County 4somes

July doesn't slow up either, a minimum of 15 competitive rounds plus (hopefully) more involvement in the KO comps and (hopefully again) another KO comp to arrange if I qualify from Cub Champs.

Got the Libby's Challenge Charity event coming up this Saturday at Bearwood Lakes, Ascot the following Tuesday, practice round at Bearwood Lakes on Mon 21st June and then regional qualifier of the William Hunt Trilby Tour on 12th July at Bearwood Lakes. Have I mentioned before that I love playing Bearwood Lakes???
Possible game around Crowborough Beacon on the 4th July.
Then off to Forest Pines again on the 6th August for a great long week-end away.
Bit of fishing in between and may even take my rods up to Forest Pines with me and do a spot of carping in that big lake by the long par 3. That looked full of 'em.

I'm actually on a bit of a slow down as Ascot gets reduced to 12 holes from the 13th - 19th to allow helicopters to land for the racing (and the preparation). We can play 12 holes but to be honest its such a pain fighting through all the traffic I tend to have some time out, maybe play elsewhere and work on my game.

List of competitions:

Junior medal on Saturday
Pros Day on Sunday
Next week off
Week after is Junior Championship through whole week
Then Mens medal on the Saturday after Champ week.

Not very encouraging when playing like a donkey  ;)

Not much to be honest-
Wednesday sweep at my place ,Scotscraig tomorrow
Followed by
2 at Castlerock
2 at Ballycastle
2 at Royal Portrush (valley)
3 at Portstewart
1 at Ballyliffin (Glashedy)
all next week, tough week and plenty of swally.
Then after that a week sitting on my back end recovering.

I've got our County Championships a week on Saturday and then the Club Championship a week after that. In July I'm going down to St Andrews for the Open. Also got a trip planned to play Banchory and possibly a trip to Spey Valley.

Second round of Club Challenge tomorrow
Swindle Saturday,
pre-holiday game with the lads Sunday
Ascot Wednesday
Paddon Cup (36hole strokeplay) following Saturday
Quarter final President's prize to be arranged
then at end of month the annual scottish trip, which this year will be in Wales.

bring it all on

Is that the lake at the 16th that looked "carpy"? :D

I'm sure Vig could give you an early morning call :D
If you get one of those stand things for your fishing stick, you could do some chipping practice at the same time...if it's light enough.

Society at Sudbury tomorrow, then usual swindle on Sat 5th, a bit of decorating / destroying on the 6th, medal on the 12th, leading up to the biggest comp of the year on the 19, 20 and 26th June. This is consecutive foursomes, greensomes and then better ball for a board. Tough one to win. Especially as my partner is the worst 4 handicapper I have ever seen. Fun though.
