What would you differently

Like many, I wish I'd started earlier.

I suppose things may have turned out differently though. Let's face it, you start at an early age then go through the usual growing up process - beer, girlies etc. The last thing on your mind is golf!
Get married (or whatever) settle down and get comfortable, hmmm, let's try those clubs out again.

I'm fortunate to have a missus who lets me play whenever I want. Only last weekend she suggested I go and have a round........great!

Like almost all of you I wish I had started before my middle 30's.
I know I will never be really any good(times winged chariot/lack of talent), but competent is ok with me.
I have had the great good fortune to play with proper golfers who were unable to make a bean on tour who get a fraction of the joy I feel every time I step onto the first tee.
Let's not regret anything but enjoy our futures in this wonderful game!!
