The factory has been there since 1885, yet it seems they are the problem. Er no, it's down to the council not making sure on the plans for the new housing that there wasn't the correct water supply in place. This happens loads of times. Not too far from us there are two landfills (one now closed) where new houses were built and the people (clowns) who have purchased them are complaining about the smell. Wonder where that is coming from? Just who gives permission for these things to be built in the first place?

It's the same old story. Encourage everyone to drive electric cars even though we dont have sufficient power generation, increase population without sufficient schools, medical services, roads etc. The lunatics are running the asylum.
