A. Too many things. But here's the first one for a starter - money. Distribute the immense wealth that's at the top of game to the rest of leagues, non-league and to grass roots level. I don't mean token sharing, I mean substantial money that makes a difference to schools, clubs, facilities and coaching.

Hopefully, sports academies like the one supported by Watford/Brentford up in the village bear some fruit in the future... I know they have high hopes of doing so...
