What is the difference between the Mizuno T-11 & R-12 Wedges?

What is the difference between the Mizuno T-11 & R-12 Wedges?

The R 12 have the more traditional Mizuno "rounder" face (which is larger).

The T-11's are more compact and have a smaller face.

As Aztecs says i think its T for tear drop shaped head, R for more rounded.

I have the older MP R's which are great wedges. They have a rounded leading edge that gets nicely under the ball.

I also prefer T11. Have only ever played Mizuno wedges.

Er - no difference, neither have been the prize in a competition run by HJS

and I have just put 3 MPT-11s on eBay.

52,56 and 60 degree if anyone is interested.

Might have been tempted with a 58 but I have the 52 and 56. 60 is too much loft for me I'm afraid.

Dragons Tooth in Ballachulish. In April it will be an 18 hole course, all the bunkers have been refurbished and more trees planted.
