A typical golf day for me (Food Wise)
Breakfast: 75G Oats, Skimmed Milk, banana, dried fruit and honey
Snack - 2 boiled eggs and a banana
Lunch - Grilled chicken pitta, homous, avocado, tomato and lettuce
Snack - Handful of nuts and a protein shake
Dinner - Salmon, brown rice and spinach.
Snack - Greek yoghurt with honey.
At least 2-3 litres of water.

Plenty of sweets in my bag at all times.
Very few refuse them even though everyone seems to be on a strict golfing diet.
