Usual brekkie of 4 shredded wheat and honey, cereal bars and squash on way round, whatever I fancy for lunch followed by beer, wine, spirits and a take away.

Good Times!

Usually a couple of yorkies, washed down with a couple of bottles of lucozade sport. Then a red bull when I get to the 10th.

Might grab a pint of orange juice and lemonade in the bar afterwards.

It's weird because when I play golf it's about the only time I ever eat chocolate. Apart from Easter :D

Bacon and scrambled egg on toast to start, nothing during the round, and then a toasted bacon and egg butty for lunch, washed down with a London Pride.

Pure health food.

varies enormously,
usually have a bottle of water or fruitjuice in the bag; that can last the day, have to be replaced half-way round or still be there a month later.
winter medal, flask of wobbly coffee - that always gets consumed, either during or after, and is sometimes shared.

carry cereal bars, usually forget them, throw them out when found ages later

on a society day, the precursor bacon buttie is a must although the offerings at some tracks are pretty meagre.

MacDonalds breakfast on the way to the club, those golden arches just lure me in. Throw a couple of Twix/ Kit Kats etc in the bag just in case and a bottle of H20

Anything greasy and coffee before going out...

A cereal bar on the front nine, a Banana after 9, a Red Bull on the 12th tee and about a litre and a half of water during the round....

I would say anyone who doesn't eat something before and during the round and take on a suitable amount of water during the round is doing themselves a diservice....

Since starting my 'regime' I have found that duirng the last few holes, I have had more energy and more importantly made the right decisions and the right time, which has help my scores enormously....

Echoing what others have said it tends to be a combination of water, lucozade, banana (one before and one during), mars bar or cereal bar for a sugar boost!

Have been known to take a couple of slices of pizza round after a dominos the night before (tastes good out in the fresh air the next day)!

I usually have porridge at home or a bacon roll at the club before going out along with a nice cuppa.

Going round I usually take in about 1 litre or so of water plus 1/2 powerade type drinks.

As for grub, sometimes a banana or two, sometimes a couple of nutrigrains and sometimes a bit of choccy.
