People who leave it until the last bloody minute to get onto the first tee.
Had it yesterday at Tyrrells Wood.
We had booked the tee from 1pm and ten minutes beforehand wandered over expecting to see the last group in front of us teeing off. Nope. Tee was empty. At 5 to 1 I stepped onto the tee to get ready, when the starter came out and asked if I was part of a group to which I replied "yes".
"Oh there's a two ball to go off in front of you".
Two old codgers who could hardly walk then made their way to the tee and tee'd off at 1pm.
Knobs.
Had it at St Mellion too. We had booked to tee off at 2pm and stepped onto the tee ready to play in a fourball.
Waited until bang on time and then two of our four teed off, the third was just about to put his tee peg in the ground when two women walked around the corner and asked what time we were due off. 2pm we replied (it was now 5 past).
"Oh we are off at 1.50" one of them said.
"You're not now" I replied. With 3 groups still to go out I make that about 2.30 you'll be going out"
They didn't like it but balls to 'em

From what I have read, the tiniest of things can set people off! The only thing that flips my lid on a course is myself. My own game can cause frustration, and that's all that can annoy me

yes and no. The "without a doubt" part is probably a bit tongue in cheek in response, but the concentration part...definitely not. I'm not sure how, when you are the only person swinging the club, anyone else can be blamed for anything that happens. I honestly don't know how people can "flip their lids" at such small (in my opinion) things.

Worse than that are the people who take a dump on the course in the woodland, don't ask the guys if anyone has toilet paper in their bag and is then sitting next to you for the evening meal.......

I think basically this post has gone as far has it can, the best way i can sum it up is basically people on the golf course flips our lids
