God, what a load of rubbish! Like you said the pre-shot routine should be individual to each player, just like the swing. Surely the £70 would be better spent on lessons?

:D

I've seen Faldo flogging it on Setanta Golf teleshopiing and it struck me the way he was using it that you literally step in and swing without really settling into position and checking the basics before committing to the shot. I may have got the wrong end of the stick as I didn't really pay that much attention but there are cheaper alignment aids out there and as long as the grip, stance and alignment fundamentals are solid, it is down to the idiosynchrasy of the individual to find something that works over the ball. Not for me I'm afraid.

I can see a use for this but only to introduce a new golfer to the game, but certainly not for prolonged use and certainly not for 70 quid, 5 quid maybe? :D

Whats wrong with Tony's method of dropping your spare change all over the mat???

I agree, its a good means of getting new players to thinkabout routine, but not worth actually paying for!

(I bet I get one for christmas from an ill-informed family member now I've slagged it off!!!)
