what clubs have you had to send back

Having seen A few post of late about things being wrong with peoples clubs (wrong CF ,chipped finish etc) im just wondering what clubs youve ever had to send back or complain about?


Only one for me were ages ago a set of Mizuno Cimarron woods
Persimmon heads with full Graphite face

great clubs (at the time)

but it felt dead after a while (10-12 months) of using it and drives werent going anywhere near as far as they should

friends just thought it was me saying about being short of the tee (but the feel of it was just wrong to how it was)

but turned out the face was coming away from the head
and 1 month or so after feeling the deadness crack appeared all round the graphite where it joined the wood

Mizuno were very good and refunded me with no hassle at all
for the whole set even tho it was just the driver going

(its a thing what we used to do in the past buy things in sets, 3 woods and 9 Irons. sometimes the woods and irons were even the same type too)

whinge away ppl .....but remember if the company did a good job of sorting the problem show them some love back
on the whole they do generally look after us

Nike Dymo STRTfit. Head fell off after 11 months and 27 days. Just in warranty.

Had the head come off my wedge recently too, but not in warranty. Must be me doing weird things with my clubs.

Waiting for my new burner to be picked up later today for a chipped paint.

Also had a lynx predator driver head crack on me.

And had my ping g10's refinished after showing rust at 18 months old.

So quite a bit actually

Other than that the last club i had to return was a vantage eliminator 3 wood which had 3 new shafts within 6 months back in 94. the shafts would splinter lengths ways around the bottom of the shaft where it meets the hossel. granted i was using the 3w as a driver and was hitting it pretty well back then as i was off 11, but still, 3 shafts within 6 months was silly.
