Given I got through 2 bottles of Malbec at lunch I don’t really care what else I drink today as it’s my last day of being free of medication for god knows how long so I’ll make the most of it

Bulmers cider (bottled tastes better than cans imo) and getting slowly through a bottle of Old Pulteney single malt.

Ozzie shiraz called Jam Shed on discount in Tesco currently at £6 a bottle. Very drinkable......hic.

Chilled red wine? Sacrilege!
Red wine should normally be served at room temperature, but that room temperature should be that of a room about 70 years ago. ie, cool.
So if it gets too warm it’s absolutely fine to refrigerate for a while 🍷👍
