I have found that leather shoes let the water in and plastic shoes make my feet sweat, so I end up with wet feet either way. However I have a pair of Skechers Go Golf and I have no complaints. They are quite lightweight and only have 6 spikes, but haven't found that a problem. £60 at Snainton golf and you might get 10% off with code SG10.

I have exactly the same (and also bought from SG). Not had any issues with wet feet over the last winter and they are very comfortable.
Can also vouch for the Inesis shoes being waterproof too - only downside is they dont have proper spikes so not as useful when it gets too muddy
