Morning all, I think we all had a week off last week so.....

After a family wedding, the Bank Holiday and my daughters 9th birthday party (imagine the cakes and sweets)

I have stayed the same from 2 weeks ago

Start weight 17st 11lbs
Today 16st 2lbs

I'm having a mental block can't get below the 15 st mark been yo-yo I'm yo-yo ing between 15.1 and 15.4 for last 6 weeks now

2 weeks ago before dornoch 17st 11lb
last week after coming back from dornoch 18st 8lb
this week 18st 4lb

Havent been updating peeps on my progress.

After a period of 4-6 weeks the weight started moving again a few weeks ago.

last weigh in : 18st 2lbs
Weight this morning: 17st 10lbs.

I'm very happy. I havent been 17st something for a long long time. Now pushing for 16st.
