Weekly weigh in

Drat, forgot to weigh myself this morning, i'll do it tomorrow. My weight did start with a 14 on Saturday morning but then guinness and kebabs happened so I'm not expecting to do that well.

This week 16st 12lbs

No loss this week and no real surprise after beer on friday and saturday and being out for a couple of meals with HID so not too disappointed

Next week gonna be a shock though as im off home for a weekend on the beer with my mates which will odviously end with pizzas or kebabs
 
i'm @ 13st now.

i think i was @ 13st 2lbs or 3lbs two weeks ago.

i've been training really hard but i can't stay away from eating crap esepcially at night so its slowing down my progress.
 
No change again this week but last week was stressfull so comfort food was on the menu!

I have however lost 6lbs since the start but ...!!
 
i am 13st 10lb this week was same last week and the week before and before that,healthy eating and gym 3 times a week its the only way.

Worked away last week and although I ate sensibly I enjoyed too much wine. And then had family here at the weekend.

Put on 1lb.
 
been doing my fitness pal online,great little app for the phone,

Was 16st 9 1/2lb last week
Now 16st 5 1/2lb this week and that was drinking on Sunday as well
Hopefully below 16 before I go back offshore in 2 weeks
 
Was my lifetime heaviest on 10 Dec, - 15st 10lbs, and finally decided to get with the programme, in readiness for my 50th in May.
This morning was 14st 12lbs, with a target for May of 14st 5 Lbs

Feel unbelievably better, and it does get easier I find.
