-9 lbs

Was a bad weekend, 2 birthdays and two meals out. I was 18st 12lbs on friday :(

Haha love how this site doubles up as Weightwatchers... My weigh in is the same night as HID weekly fatfighters meeting. Wish me luck. 6Ib decrease last week.

Last week - 17st 9lbs

This week - 17st 3 lbs:thup:

So a 6lb loss this week which im delighted with and an 8lb loss since we started.

more weight gained despite increased exercise!! eating decent by my standards and drinking lots, need to work more on decreasing my portions

made my slow but sure pound again this week, down to 13st 8.... I set my initial goal as 13st 7 but as it hasn't been too difficult to get close to, I might push it to 13st.

4lbs off this week, and down to 16st 9lbs. We're on a mission in Hobbiton. I've never seen so much rabbit food in our fridge, and not a Mars bar in sight.

stuck in mull just now so i'll have to wait until wed morning to have a weigh in.not sure what the results will be.

i got here on friday and did some fitness friday night, saturday night, sunday during the day and some tonight and i plan on doing some tomorrow night aswell.

i'm hoping to be in the 12's but i've ate quite well over here :)

Wull in Mull - made me chuckle for some reason :mmm:

Well done guys - some excellent results and keep sticking with it.

Richie - portion control sounds the key. Eating healthily still potentially consumes excess calories and I for one love "healthy" cereals but could eat a box without coming up for air :o Check out this - bit of a faff to go through the slides but gives an idea of how many portions per day of the relevant food groups and what constitutes a portion size without having to weigh everything...

15 7 1/2 for me. Not sure what that is from last week but started at 16 2 1/2. So thats 9 off!

I did have a lamb madrass on Saturday night - byeck - did I enjoy it!

Sorry gents, I had to be at Heathrow 5.00am Monday, I weighed myself but did not have time to post.

Last week 17st 2lbs
This week 17st

2lb off and 11lb in all.

I will struggle next week, been dreadfull last 2 days!

Just done my weigh in and I lost 5Ibs. That's 11Ib in 2 weeks. Hard work starts here though as I had put on loads over Christmas.

I know this sounds silly but do you think the range is doing me good aswell? Obviously I have changed my diet completely and of course swinging a club is better than eating a bigmac but would you say 100 balls a night is making a difference.

I am no expert but 100 balls a night is hard work! Its got to be doing some good.
Keep at it - I am actually getting the taste for apples now (always loved apples but more in the cider form previously!).
