Weekly Weigh In 23/01/2012

can't remember what i was last week but i think i was

13st 3lbs

today:13st 2lbs

since i started my fitness i've lost 5 lbs and 3lbs since the start on here.it's been up and down but the last 2 wks have been good if i keep to what i've been doing.i went for a 4 mile jog yesterday which was tough,a lot of hills both up and down but i kept at it.during the week i'm still doing 2 mile jogs each night which i'll do again this week but i'll need to try and up the pace a little bit.

i've also started doing sit ups,press ups and shadow boxing on thursday night through to sunday.
 
Last week - 226 pounds
This week - 223 pounds (15st 13)

8 pounds lost so far and haven't really kicked into gear yet. Regular 2 and 3 mile runs at the gym, with some biking and swimming thrown in.. Gonna have to step up and go for 5 mile runs over the next month...
 
Last week 17st 10lbs

This week 17st 9lbs

So a loss of just 1lb this week but finding the weekends a real struggle what with nights out and friends coming round for drinks, would definitely have been a bigger loss if there were no weekends:confused:

If I did this I would lose on points!

15 7 1/2 this morning.
Not sure what I was last week (maybe 15 10).

I know that my starting weight was 16 2 1/2

So thats 9 off mes thinks. Hoping to do a stone in a month.
 
Was 16st 2lbs on the 9th
Was 15st 11lbs on the 16th
Now 15st 10lbs

Was really hoping to be single figures this week .. maybe 15.8 or 9 But there is always next week!!
 
just managed my one pound a week goal, 13st 11 to 13st 10.

I'll eventually get through all the xmas booze and hopefully do even better then, just on the last bottle of Grouse, I don't think its the whisky thats the problem but the nibble I have to have with it!

this week 18st 13 and a half

slow but its coming off,

weres our friend from spadlington who lost 12lb last week,would be intrested to see how this week went

Richie - still a net loss right? Are you struggling with the reduced food intake or increased exercise? Or both?!

no a gain of about 1lb, the exercise is no bother love it its the food that i cant do, alltho im not eating take aways im not eating little and often small portions i just cant do

Perhaps try to bulk up the portion size with the low calorie healthy options such as veggies. Pile them high as you like and tuck in...

Also focus on the quality lean protein rather than the carbs? Should fill you up more...

do you eat late on mate?

a tip i would try is try eating nothing after 8pm at night.i find the majority of people eat after this time and struggle to shed the lbs and whats usually worse is the food you tend to eat after this time is not the best for you...full of fast digesting carbs etc.
 
A day late and a dollar short... and two pounds on :(

24.11.12 - 15st 4.5lbs

In my defence, I remember very little about the weekend, which means it must have been awesome :)
