Wednesday Weigh In

state of deep depression... stuck to new regime havn't faltered and ain't lost anything this week :D
have done a lot of graft at work this week (builder) so i'm telling myself its an increase in muscle mass ;)
 
Didn't get the opportunity to weigh myself today. (No scales at home) So I'm classing this week as a bye!!!

This week I have been mainly eating healthy stuff, plenty veg and fruit, not much in the way of stodge. Feeling pretty confident I've lost a bit but the scales wil tell the truth!
