I had a pair of Adams Tom Watson signature wedges that I sold on here recently that you can get for a really good price at DG and IMO fabulous clubs and since I got lucky and got some Vokeys FOC courtesy of my brother I can tell slightly difference in feel but the big difference is in the weight of them being heavier which I do really like.
Has it made my chipping better? Nope because it isn't down to the club it's down to the player, well that and I don't restrict my chipping to using just wedges I tend to use anything from a 7iron-60* degree wedge dependant on what shots needed.
As for actual Chips I'm with Craw definitely a little bit of pepper and a side of ketchup or if feeling continental Hellmans do a nice Chilli mayo
