Wales in October! Which Soothsayer had the foresight to agree taking the Ryder Cup to one of the wetest regions of the UK at this time of year and thought it was a good thing… Now I don’t have Sky but a short burst of 5 live told me it was taking 1 hr 10 min to play 2 holes and surprise, surprise play suspended…. The BBC pundits? ( don’t get me started ) even have the audacity to say. Oh this is alright, this is fine, no one really minds. Oh really…I feel very sorry for the poor souls that have paid large amounts of money and travelled long distances for this debacle. I would be curious to know what the weather history for this region at this time has been for the last few years. This has been predicted since the venue was announced.. Absolute nonsense.
