Oh man, my waterproofs are probably still wet from last weekend . Matchplay on saturday against someone who hits it very high (come on wind and wet), then county training on sunday so hoping for good weather .

Where abouts do you play? I grew up in Bouremouth and lived in St. Ives for a number of years.

Small world i lived in st ives for about 10 years. I'm now in West Moors. I play all over the place at the moment as i dont have a club yet but i'm going to join one earlyish next year. I've been playing the woodland course at Crane Valley the last few times.

Forecast for the week-end down here looks dire. High winds and peeing it down with rain for the 3rd Sunday in succession.
Not really bothered as I haven't been playing much recently because of my bloody arm. Despite the rest, it doesn't seem to be improving any. Damn Hankley Common....

Turkey Medal for me on Sunday. First medal I've ever played in, need to put two more cards in before the year end to keep handicap active, so am praying for the rain to cease......

I wouldn't be surprised if they only opened the front nine which drains better. A weekend on the range (heated bays) starts favourite
