Waterproofs (again)

get Galvins mate, had mine almost 2 years and they are by far and away the best wet gear I have had, I went through 3 cheap ones before I got these and all were cak in comparison. Ok, I did have money in my club account from some comp wins so I did not have to fork out much cash, but I would pay full price if I had too.

:)

Well, I'll buck the trend and say avoid GG. I had two Alfons jks, both were dreadful and were as waterproof as a polo shirt. I found GG customer service shocking and had to fight for a replacement. They first of all refused to admit that they're jks were faulty and it wasn't until WL Gore in Livingstone stepped in and independantly tested them that they replaced them and finally a refund on my jacket.

I now gave Cross FTX waterproofs and they are simply awesome, soft, stretchy and 100% waterproof, I would recommend Cross to anyone.

Nike Golf Storm Fit suit - available brand new on ebay for £70-80. 3 years waterproof guarantee. Worn mine in some horrendous weather for long periods, with no leakage.

Job done.
