Watching golf on TV

Not sure if this has been discussed on here before but I noticed something while watching the golf on Tv yesterday.

When the camera was behind the player (down the line) and he took his shot, the ball seemed to fly off to the right. Now is this the case or is it just an illusion of the camera.
I know he could be playing for a draw but the ball really looks like its being pushed right.

Anyone else notice this or is it my dodgy eyes?

You are right - although its just a trick of the camera. I am not sure how or why it looks that way!

its the angle that the camera is at in relation to the player. im sure monty pointed this out the last time he was on.

Glad you asked that, I always thought they were drawing it ridiculous amounts!
