Hi all, I know I haven't been on here in a while, school and whatnot has been killing me.

Anyway, I'm looking for a new Hybrid, lower degree preferred, something around the 18-20*.
If anyone has anything spare that's decent, give me a shout, thanks all

Stiff shafted please

Yeah, had a look at it, but to be honest I'm not overly familiar with Adams, not really up to scratch on their models or what have you

Well as a man who has a few taylormade clubs in his bag, inc the rbz, I thought u would have known Adams are owned by taylormade. Taylor made bought Adams to buy the rights to the velocity slot technology used in the rbz range. Adams have also made and been the no 1 hybrid maker for a few years, know more in the US and Asia.

How's that? Oh and the a7 I'm selling is currently for sale in direct golf new for £100. Mine is as good as new and £40 posted. Bargin.

I know the brand, but I've never been fortunate enough to try their clubs, they're aren't as big a brand over here as they would be in Britain or the States, I'd like to try the brand out for myself before purchasing anything.

I have an 18 deg TM R11 that is a recent purchase from thecraw, you are welcome to this for what I paid for it which was £80 plus postage. It really is a great club and the best hybrid I've had, I'm not overly worried if you want it or not as I like it however I do have a 17 deg 4 wood too which is a tad close in yardage to it which is the only reason for me to consider moving it on.

Actually, I believe the RBZs (with 'velocity slot') were released BEFORE Adams put themselves up for sale, so there were few/no patent/technology issues to worry about - and Nike had (quietly!) released gear with a slot a year earlier.

Still, the R&D that was/is a speciality of Adams - specially in the hybrid market - was a pretty good fit for TM. TM #1 Driver on Tour; Adams #1 Hybrid on Tour - specially Champions Tour.

I've tried the a12 in stiff, a VERY good bat and I'd never hit one before, I was tempted to drop the amp in favour of one!

I'm tempted by the A12. However since I've never tried Adams before I'll have to have a go on one before even thinking about Purchasing
