For those of you that complain about the 910 D2 ballooning (ive heard it mentioned a few times), I'd recommend setting it to the D1 position (or D-whatever, if you want draw / fade). I generally hit the ball very high anyway, so tested this new setting yesterday in the medal. I was consistantly 10-30 yards further than both the 10 and 5 handicappers I played with.

I'd say it added an average of 20 yards to my drives.

Not quite as conviced setting the 3 Wood to the same setting... seemed to lose a bit of consistancy there, might set that back again...

Anyway, just felt like sharing that - it's Monday at the office and my brain is still on the golf course.

Never had a problem with mine ballooning - the shaft will have a major effect on that as well. I got the D2 with the Kai'li shaft in place of my R9 Supertri which had the standard Fujikura Motore 65 which was a high launch shaft. The 910 gives me a much more penetrating flight even on the A1 setting.

Yeah I have the same shaft. I suppose it depends on your swing quite a bit too. ;)

Certainly for me the D1 setting makes a big difference. I'm really enjoying hitting a wedge into the green instead of a 7 / 6 iron.

Hi

I have just purchased the same driver with the same shaft. Ive got the tool to make the adjustments but no book or instruction leaflet to tell me what each adjustment is. Has the shop just omitted to give me the leaflet or do I have to go somewhere else to download it.

many Thanks

Mark

If the tool came in a pouch, and the pouch came in a plastic bag, you should have the instructions inside.

If it didn't, go back and demand a new one! Or download the instructions from Titleist's website.

I got the tool in the bag ok but no instructions. When I go back to pick up my irons I will get them to give me one.

Thanks for the reply
