Turned Pro - HandicapMaster

A player at our club has turned pro and this is the first time I have had to deal with this scenario. Does anyone know the required steps to take in the HM software to change his status? Or what have you done with other systems ie Intelligentgolf, club2000, etc

If I right button click the players name I can select "change player to no handicap", sounds like it could be right. Also I assume that the player will eventually be removed from the CDH and cease to have a CDH ID?

I will open a case with HM on Monday if not very straightforward.

According to the Congu Manual rule24.7 a player losses his handicap if he loses his amateur status, so for want of a better option I would say the changing to no handicap is the correct option.

As HM is a handicap system not a membership system, why not just delete his record.
