So I used toptracer for the first time and need some help analysing the data as I have no idea what it means ?

Driver, 10.5loft stiff shaft Titleist 907 (eBay special so no idea on length etc)

Ball speed 175mph, launch 8°, height 100ft, landing angle 41° carry 250.

What does that suggest? Any help greatly appreciated ??

You need more launch angle, because 175mph should be carrying more than 250

I bet you have too much spin.
Launch of 8° turns into 33 yards of height and a descent angle of 41° - that means spin .
The 907 was always deemed a bit of a spinny head compared to others.

Hitting down on it if your converting static 10.5 to 8 degrees of launch ... with that setting you should be launching around 12-14degrees .. this will drop the spin numbers.
Look at your set up and impact position and try and get into a more upward position with the lead shoulder higher .. if I have confused you just watch some pro driving videos and stop them at impact and that’s where you have to get to.

I do get reminded of

the angle of the dangle
the angle of the dangle is inversely proportional to the heat of the meat, provided that the maxis of the axis, and the gravity of the cavity, remain constant.
