There's no "might" about it. It would be embarassing if you bought any new clubs for a while so you'll have to splash your ebay cash on the new bag-IER.

(Would a bag-IER hold more clubs?)

I've got the R11s version in the same material and its a great bag......go for it........need to meet up at the Chesfield Downs range soon to have a bash with that R1... :thup:

Can I just ask why they seemed to strengthen everyone's lofts? Was it purely to say that these clubs go further than your current irons?

they didnt strengthen mine, only Darth & Jimbobs and it was purely down to getting a slightly lower flight at the fitters suggestion

Can I just ask why they seemed to strengthen everyone's lofts? Was it purely to say that these clubs go further than your current irons?

As G1BBO said it was only mine and Jimbobs they strenthened by 1* and it was to reduce the spin rate from an average 7200rpm (7 iron) to ideally 7000.....with a good swing.
