I had the 710 AP2's and they were very nice, the newer 714's look super. Have a look at the Mizuno JPX 850 forged mmmmmmmm!

Think I'm gonna treat myself to new irons later in the year. I really can't decide between a fitting at titleist (which is just down the road at St Ives) or mizuno. Love the look of the 850 forged.

Switched from MP32's to 714 AP2's , found the 3 & 4 irons the hardest to get use to as i could see a bit of the back of the club that i couldnt see on theMP32 ,

I was going to pull the trigger on some 714 AP2s last month but decided to hold on as no doubt the 716s will be announced in the Autumn and available before the end of the year. I am determined that the next set of irons I buy will do me for years so the extra few months wait should hopefully be worth it! Saying that, the AP2 updates are usually all about evolution rather than revolution!
As a confirmed Mizuno user, i didnt like them, sat funny and a bit clunky for my taste

I had a look this evening but with the tape on its hard to see what they really look like.
think I saw some pics of what the potential 716 irons will probably be, I'll be waiting till they come out and sticking with my old Mizuno's till then as they looked very nice indeed.

I did see pics of the AP and MB in Japan and it was muted that the 716 'could' possibly look very like this when its announced later in the year. Must try and find it now.

I really liked them asthetically and they did go ok when I had my aborted custom fit. Would have been interesting to have hit them were they fitted correctly foor testing.
