I should flipping think so as well, utter disgrace. The guy has hit the highs but now seems to have reached the lows of the game. I'm a massive Tiger fan I've stuck up for him lots of times but no more, my loyalties have changed, as a golfer he is supremely talented as a person nowadays he's a knob.
Im no longer a big fan, but in his defense, he did actually wipe his spit off the green with his putter after he did it. he gobbed, lined up from the other end of the hole then walked back aand swiped it away.

I guess it's what he thinks us normal golfers do when we're a tad fed up with our game.
I still think he is getting away lightly for the sake of tv viewing figures and sponsorships

About time the tours stood up to Woods and came down on his behaviour. It was a nasty thing to do but at least he apologised. Hopefully (but I'm not holding my breath) he'll have learned a lesson and won't do it again

Saw it on TV - you can not be doing that on a golf course.
I don't care what goes on at football or tennis or rugby - the game is better than those put together and deserves, no commands respect - perhaps a nice little ban for one of majors would sharpen his mind - once is unfortunate to keep doing it is disgusting - whats a fine gonna do for him with his money.

especially as he got $3m appearance fee
The only place he wont do it is Augusta as they have a very strict "one disgression and you are out" as it is the really biggy that he wants to win again.

My wife, ever the nurse, was more worried about someone picking TB or some other air borne infection.

i agree with most of the comments so far - but i wouldn`t fine him - i`d give him a 2 shot penalty instead that `ll cost him even more ,especially in the majors- i`ve heard that he`s the most `fined` player on the us tour - so he`s not learnt from previous mistakes - fincham and co are to scared to set an example of him to others cause the viewing figures would drop - he nows this so that`s why he continues to do it ... gcd

Yup, I clocked him letting one or two fly yesterday. The main one was while he was waiting on the 17th or 18th tee. Right in front of the gallery around the tee and in front of the cameras.
Not good!
