We all know The Open won’t be hosted as Turnberry for a long time yet

I'd be all for holding the Open at a different course. The same ol' same ol'.......because that's the way we've always done it. Do something different. As long as it is a decent challenge....good enough.

It’s links courses all the way and then it’s ones that are at the required standard and infrastructure

Plenty of other majors on the other type of courses
