The operation could not be completed - message on ipad

When using the forum on the ipad I keep getting a message saying "the operation could not be completed". The forum still works fine but the message just gets in the way.

Any thoughts? Thanks

I've been getting that message periodically! Only started today, mildly irritating!

I'm on 8.1 with no issues. Might be a glitch in the OS
