Because they have been all along, Cameron refused to allow any planning for a no vote, within hours of the vote being released the remaining EU Leaders issued a statement on the UK/EU future, we went through turmoil, DC resigned and then a GE, all the while the EU were planning the negotiations.Why do you think they are any more prepared than us Paul?
They very much show a joined up picture (even if they aren’t) TM lost negotiators, Cabinet Ministers, etc etc.
I’d like to believe I’m wrong, just recent history says otherwise.
