Same as last year, he gets in his own head. When he falls behind and has to chase he looks like a completely different golfer, you see some unreal shots from him.

This is why I like Rory, he always takes you on a range of emotions. If it was Scottie in the lead and just needing to par in your heart rate would barely break 60. Meanwhile Rory hits all sorts of horror shots and leaves you wondering if he’s going to blow it or not.

I agree his driving is either hot or not no in between. He’s usually not that great a wedge player but the last 2 years he has massively improved that area and it’s shows.

The way he’s going it be a hard bet to go against him taking it wire to wire.


They’ve got this magic stuff called water. The Greenkeepers did a special dance and sprayed all the greens with it to hugely soften them up.
