The Masters 2026

They keep talking about his putting stroke and I can see why. Very unfussy, very smooth.
I actually like the way he plays, he just goes about his business. His swing is solid his wedge play and short game is excellent and as you say that putting stroke so simple and unfussy. You can easily see how he competes so often.

Yeah, I hate to say it, but I'm almost warming to Fatprick Reed just because he has a lovely golf game to watch. The effortless little draw swing and a beautiful soft-hands short game. It's a shame he is who he is really - but I did put a couple of quid on him this week so I have an excuse to root for him now anyway. Respect to him for going back to the European Tour and smashing it as well.

Think there is a spelling mistake on his shirt though - surely it should say OAF rather than OATH :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

Yes he’s had his moments but in general he has always played all over the world even before LIV he played a lot of DPWT events. He’s the panto villain in the Ryder cup but he’d have made a hell of a difference to them last year.

I’m now a fully fledged fan I just really
Like his overall game.

I'll be trying really hard to channel his short game this weekend that's for sure. 😁

agree 100%, he plays some incredibly pretty golf and my word is he good - especially his short game. He’s rather hard to like as a person, but I don’t really care as I’m watching him play golf, not having a beer with him.

He’s on my betslip alongside Rose, Hatton and Penge. I have Reitan in the sweepstake and Davis Riley too (currently in last, high score of the day!)

I thought Rose was playing beautifully today, he was very unlucky to not shoot better. In fact, he probably feels he left about 10 shots out there today.
