b) Slow play to be nudged from the back by use of well driven ball over heads, using a tentitive 'fore' to erase blame.

c) Any following games must be let through if they consist of a lesser number of players, to speed up play. Thus, a single player has right of way all round the course followed by a two ball etc. This will allow a round to be played in 1hr 58mins on your own, a two ball will take circa 2hrs 20mins, a three ball 2hrs 50mins and a four ball circa 7 hours!

Using a) and b) above the young bucks could be round in no time at all, playing with themselves(as is their want)!

Blimey - where to start!! I could be typing away for about a week!!!

A few off the top of my head are:

Instant repatriation of all illegal immigrants;
A severe cap on immigration;
Compulsory national service for a minimum 3 years (for those unfit to go into armed forces then they must do community services);
'Life' jail terms to mean life;
Complete overhaul of jail institutions - would be happy with draconian conditions for serious offenders;
US style 'boot camps' for young offenders, followed by immediate national / community service;
Zero tolerance policy on crime and drugs;
Common sense approach to health and safety;
Immediate withdrawal of benefits to those cheating the system;
Prime Ministers to only serve a maximum of two terms;
If Prime Ministers resign or leave office before an election, a general election must be called to elect new one.
