Re This Arsenal hatred thing, you guys really do talk a load of crap.
It has nothing to do with how they play, and everything to do with national and football tribalism.
People from the north hate everything about the south and other London team supporters will obviously not want a rival team to do well.
Saying the don't play entertaining football and they should because they are in the entertainment business, again crap.
A team only has to entertain their own supporters, and I bet if you ask 99.9% of their fans, they will say they are more than happy with where they are at the moment.
Cannot say that I actually hate any football team, might dislike one or two, but that’s more down to style of football. Re Arsenal I was hoping one of there midfielders might fancy a transfer OOP North when KDB left but that ain’t gonna happen. I suspect a lot of Arsenal dislike may be down to Captain Black who at times like Pep is insufferable.

People hate Arsenal for the same reason they hate Liverpool. Insufferable, entitled fans.
Geordies hate Mackems, Utd fans hate Leeds, etc etc, you could probably find supporters from all sorts of Clubs saying they hate a particular Club.

Some of this will be based on age or were they grew up or what part of the Country they live.

Anybody who can use such a broad brush to tar all fans of a particular club need to take a look in the mirror.

Don’t worry we’re secure she points out the pretty people to me and says “ might as well show you because If I’m noticing them you definitely will anyway” 🤣
Few pointers how not to be looking at them with me mouth wide open and dribbling might help for when I am there in May 👍

Although they will probably be admiring my fashionable combination of Crocs and Speedos.

Wouldn’t worry pal Mrs T will be to busy drooling over the Norse God like men to worry about you falling over your tongue 🤣

I highly recommend you invest in the god tier chocolate they do called Smash 🤤

And while I’m on my soapbox, how come it’s suddenly alright to make cheap jokes about Arteta and how he looks etc.

Dislike the man by all means but seeing Adults making petty little comments is embarrassing.

It wasn’t too long ago when some of the same people were reminding us to “be kind”

Very valid and fair point there sir! I shall scold myself for mocking Arteta hair. In truth I’m only jealous his is jet black and mine has more flakes of silver than a cheap watch from Dagenham market.

But joking aside it’s a very well made point 👍

I meant over and above local rivalries though. Everybody seems to hate Liverpool and Arsenal, and it's because of their fans. Not all of them obviously, but the stereotypical fan of those clubs.

Decent first half in the CL early kick off, Atalanta 2 nil down from the 1st leg scored in the 5th and 44th minute to level the tie.

Hopefully the 2nd half will continue to produce.

Don’t forget Man Utd 😄

Teams who are most disliked are the ones who have been most successful.

Sometimes there is a stick to beat them with due to dodgy dealings City and Chelsea spring to mind. If Newcastle ever circumnavigate the financial rules and get to spend the Saudi money they’ll join that list if they become successful.

2nd half, Atalanta went 3-0 up, Dortmund equalised.

3 minutes added on, 5th minute of injury time, Atalanta get a pen after VAR Review, the player was kicked in the head.

Atalanta scored, Ref blew full time, great game.

Lloyd Kelly sent of for a 2nd yellow for Juventus.

VAR upgrade it to a straight red.

Kelly unlucky as he just landed with his studs down the back of a Galatasary players leg as he returned to Earth following going up for a header.

Uphill battle now for Juve despite having pulled a goal back in the first half but going to be wide open now in the 2nd half.

I reckon there will be more reds. Players going down like sacks of spuds at every contact.

Oooh....10 man Juve reduce the deficit to a single goal...game on...20 mins to go.
