I'm a Nottingham ex-pat so don't have too much contact with other Forest fans and wouldn't presume to speak for them.I’m guessing there weren’t many fans that wanted to see Nuno go ?
Think Tashy takes it as good as anyone on the forum (no euphemism)Spot on.

I like Nuno. He comes across as a lovely fella. I can understand why his nose might have been put out of joint by the appointment of Edu. I can't imagine any football manager would like having a part-time more senior partner suddenly brought in to make all the recruitment decisions without them.
But then I don't like the way he seemed to engineer his dismissal.
I like the owner. I like what he has done for Forest and communities in Nottingham and I like what he does for poor communities in his home town. He's a real philanthropist but he does it on the quiet, which I admire.
But I don't like that he didn't trust his manager, Nuno, to run the football club. And I don't like that he thought Ange was ever a good idea.
It's all a bit of an unnecessarily melodramatic sorry mess.
And now we have Sean Dyche.
I really hope we do well under him but, meh.
I think Dyche is a sensible appointment for the position they are in.I'm a Nottingham ex-pat so don't have too much contact with other Forest fans and wouldn't presume to speak for them.

Just outta intrest Neilds. Do you know Rotherham at all. The reason I ask. I once went to a nightclub they had that overlooked the old Rotherham ground. You couldn’t see it because of the pea soup fog. Anyway the nightclub was called Tivolis. Christ it was a dump. £10 to get in. Drinks free. And so was sticking to the carpet. Am smiling coz me and missis T were married and she got chatted up by a bald fat bloke. I was stood 10 yards away crying with laughter. When Rotherham still played at Millmoor, a ground that was stuck in the dark ages, West Ham played there. When the staff came round to drop the kit off before the team arrived, they were horrified by the state of the facilities and the team decided to get changed at the hotel and travel in their kit on the bus. Rotherham then proceeded to beat them, and WHU sacked their manager after the game![]()

I don’t really know Rotherham as I grew up in Barnsley, dad and grandparents were the Rotherham link. However, Tivolis was notorious in the local area- for all the reasons you mention. I’m guessing Japanese whispers was your stomping ground?I don’t really know Rotherham as I grew up in Barnsley, dad and grandparents were the Rotherham link. The home end at Millmor was called the Tivoli End after the club , or vice versa.
Oh yes! Started at kiddies whispers on a Monday evening and graduated to the real thing when old enough. Started off as a car showroom before it became a nightclub and now a Brazilian type restaurant .I’m guessing Japanese whispers was your stomping ground?

Was the first word ‘bald’?I don’t remember it being a car showroom.
Think it was Regent’s Park when I started going to it.
Kids disco (although we called it something else)
Was hedonism for me.
Bodegas was first pub I could get served in.
It’s decent in town now, don’t even bother with wellington street.
